GREEN BOK CHOY has dark leaves and green stems. ALL PARTS of every color bok choy is edible. Contain good amount of Calcium and B6. The darker the color the more nutritious !

PURPLE/RED BOK CHOY - a rich concentration of vitamins A, C and K. It has Calcium, Potassium and iron as well as other nutrients. We grow this purple bok choy to “baby leaf” stage then harvest it when the leaves reach around 3 inches in length.
