  1. Healthy Cut and Come Again Greens

Greens are easy, fast growing and nutritious.

    What To Grow

    Spinach

    Lettuce

    Kale

    Salad Greens

    Mustard Greens

Plants that you can cut the outer leaves and allow the plant to continue growing provide a continuous indoor garden harvest. Greens grow extremely well in containers. What size containers? Any size containers will suffice. Grow them using a grow plug or coco coir. The plugs and coir are not messy like soil would be indoors. This helps keep your indoor garden neat and clean.

Fifth check on the plants every day. After approximately 4-5+ days the seeds will sprouts. Check that most of the seeds have sprouted.

Sixth bring the microgreen plants out into the light.

Seventh the microgreens will grow with a steady daytime light either grow lights or on the windowsill. Harvest when approximately 1-2 inches tall. Check the water level regularly during this time to make sure the roots are getting adequate water.
